About Us

BBGD is a full function design shop with a long history of happy clients. When we say "long history", we mean we're old. Old enough to have watched Howdy Doody when it was on TV. And old enough to know how to work in every type of media you can imagine. Sure, you can get a youngster off of craigslist to design the header for your blog. Or you can get our history of print, web, billboard and identity design for such clients as Sony, McDonald’s, Sunset Magazine, Adidas, Reebok and Nike. We've worked with small ad agencies and giant multinational corporations. We've done typesetting and silk screening. We've been production artists and art directors. We've been around long enough to have done it all. Like I said. We're old.

You could also go with a big expensive ad agency in a hip, youth-magnet city. But then you have to pay for their expensive suits and Ikea furniture. You'll give them money to serve you expensive coffee and have meetings where they try to convince you all the things you like are not as good as all the things they like. We know. Because we've worked in offices. And we watch Mad Men.

BBGD doesn't work that way. We live in the country. Around trees and mountains. And we work remotely. We won't try and impress you with fancy clothes. In fact, we'll probably work in our slippers. But this also means we aren't jacking up our prices to cover big city office rent. Or health insurance. Or vacation pay. Or disability. Or weird modern sculptures for our entryway. With BBGD you're just paying for design work.
